Yes, we allow pets in some suitable apartments on request for a fee of €15 per day. However, we ask that you be considerate of other guests and our own pets.
All apartments are non-smoking rooms. However, there is a designated smoking area on the balconies and in the partially covered patio. Violation of the smoking ban will result in a cleaning fee of €150 for rooms and €250 for suites/apartments.
Check-in is contactless using a numerical code. You will receive all the necessary information by email two days before your arrival.
Check-in is from 2:30 p.m., earlier on request, and check-out is by 10:30 a.m.
A car park with a wall-mounted electric charging station is located in the courtyard between AD1716 and Cityhouse. Otherwise, free parking is available approximately 100 metres away at the Mainkai car park; it is best to enter this into your satnav when arriving.
Yes, all our apartments have free high-speed WiFi.
Yes, upon arrival, not only will fresh towels be provided and the beds made, but you will also find toiletries and spices in the kitchen, as well as a supply of fresh coffee beans and tea.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, while the studios have smaller kitchenettes, also equipped with everything you need, including a kettle and coffee machine. Spices, sugar and a supply of tea and coffee are also provided.
Centrally located and quiet in the heart of Marktheidenfeld, Wagnergasse is situated in a traffic-calmed zone between Mainkai and Marktplatz, both only around 50 metres from our apartments. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance (2–5 minutes).

Yes, immediately after booking, you will automatically receive a link to the guest app, where you can read all the latest information.

At any time within our cancellation policy, provided that another date or apartment is desired and available.
Our online booking system shows you in real time which apartments are available at which times.
That depends on the date. When booking through an online portal such as booking.com or Expedia, you specify your cancellation options yourself when making the booking. For direct bookings made through us, our terms and conditions apply, although we have more flexibility with direct bookings.
The occupancy varies depending on the apartment. Details can be found on the apartment page.
The earlier, the better – especially during holiday periods and trade fairs.
Yes, provided we have an apartment available, you can book and check in until late afternoon on the same day.
Of course, we have customers who book all apartments at once for several days, weeks or even months.
The gallery suite is fully accessible. The other apartments are spread over three floors and there are steps at the entrance to the manor house and in the courtyard leading to the stables.
Not in the studios and superior apartments. In the maisonette apartments, the minimum stay is 2 nights, and in the gallery suite and Cityhouse WG9, the minimum stay is 3 nights; however, depending on occupancy, we are willing to be flexible if possible.
Of course, people love to use them and give them as gifts for weddings or milestone birthdays.
You will automatically receive an email two days before arrival with the code and a map showing the location of the apartment and key box.
For longer stays, we offer interim cleaning services. Final cleaning is always included.
If it is not occupied, we would be pleased to arrange this during normal office hours.
Yes of course between the office-hours 8:00-12:00 und 13:30 bis 17:00.
Yes, in the booking calendar you can select the desired apartment and your preferred dates directly – provided it is available for the desired period.
Our prices include everything from taxes to the initial kitchen equipment, toiletries in the bathroom, bed linen, towels and final cleaning, as well as interim cleaning for longer stays.
Of course. That's the rule rather than the exception for us.

Just a two-minute walk from your temporary home is the idyllic Mainkai promenade – perfect for strolling, relaxing or visiting a beer garden.
Around the market square, you will find a selection of restaurants: whether you fancy Asian food at the Chinese restaurant, Mediterranean cuisine at Savvas’ Greek tavern or classic Franconian fare at the Bräustüble – one of the best brewery restaurants in the region.
For your daily needs, you can easily reach a bakery, butcher and supermarket on foot – as well as fresh bread rolls, regional specialities and everything you need for a cosy breakfast in your apartment.
And if you love Franconian wine – or would like to get to know it – the Schoppenfenster offers wine tasting in an idyllic atmosphere.
